Forward new rows from a spreadsheet into EnjoyHQ

Forward new data added to your spreadsheet into EnjoyHQ automatically.

What is Zapier? 

Zapier is a web automation app. With Zapier you can build Zaps which can automate parts of your business or life. A Zap is a blueprint for a task you want to do over and over.

This is how you do it:

  1. Create an account on
  2. Create a Zap
  3. Select a trigger. Your Trigger should be 'New Spreadsheet row'. You will need to  your Google Drive account and select the spreadsheet you want to sync with EnjoyHQ.
    IMPORTANT This will only sync new rows added to the spreadsheet. The Zap will not push previous data to EnjoyHQ. Adding a ZAP works best when you have uploaded a spreadsheet into EnjoyHQ and want to keep updating it automatically as new data comes in.

  4. Once you have created a trigger, you will need to create an action. The action should be 'Send outbound email'. Make sure you use the unique email address provided by EnjoyHQ. You can find this email address in the integrations area in your account setting section.
  5. Select in the Body section all the columns you want to sync to EnjoyHQ This step will guarantee that any new row added to the spreadsheet you previously selected as your trigger will get forwarded to you EnjoyHQ.
  6. In the subject section, you can add the name of the spreadsheet. This will help you find your new rows in EnjoyHQ easily.
  7. Test your Zap
  8. Get your Zap live!
  9. Done! Now every time your spreadsheet gets updated, answers will be sent to EnjoyHQ.
