Forward emails automatically from Gmail to EnjoyHQ
Receiving emails from customers or internal teams is great, but when it comes to that feedback it can get pretty messy and difficult to .
Fear no more, you can automatically forward emails to EnjoyHQ using Zapier. This way you don't have to worry about them immediately, you can batch them and them in EnjoyHQ easily.
What is Zapier?
Zapier is a web automation app. With Zapier you can build Zaps which can automate parts of your business or life. A Zap is a blueprint for a task you want to do over and over.
This is how you do it:
- Create an account on Zapier.com.
- Select 'Make a Zap,' then choose Gmail (Or your preferred email client)
- Select a trigger. You can select any trigger you may find useful, we suggest 'New Labeled' You will need to your email account and select the email you want to forward messages from.
- Once you have created a trigger, you will need to create an action. The action should be 'Send outbound email'. Make sure you use the unique email address provided by EnjoyHQ. You can find this email address in the integrations area in your account setting section.
- Select in the Body section the option DATE, SUBJECT, FROM NAME AND BODY PLAN, you can add as much data you like to your email. Make sure the options are positioned like a list, one underneath the other. This step will help with the styling of your email in EnjoyHQ. We also suggest allowing 'Force Linebreaks'
- Test your Zap
- Get your Zap live!
