We recently rebranded and some integrations may still have our old name 'NomNom'. This will change in the upcoming weeks and it will not affect in any way this integration.

How to connect your Help Scout account

Closed conversations only EnjoyHQ will only  closed conversations from Help Scout when connecting your account. We're planning to enable  all conversation states in the near future.

To connect your Help Scout account to EnjoyHQ follow these steps:

  1. First, go to your Help Scout Account and grab your API Key:
    1. Log in to your account
    2. Click on 'Manage' in the main menu
    3. Click on 'Users'
    4. Click on your profile
    5. Click on API Key

  2. Now go to EnjoyHQ > Account area > Integrations and click on ‘Connect Help Scout’:

  3. Fill in the name and API Key, and click 'Connect'. Easy breezy!
EnjoyHQ will need a few minutes to fetch all your data. Be patient, good things come to those who wait 🙂
If you can't see Help Scout in your sources after connecting. Then there might be something strange, in your neighbourhood. 👻 Just repeat the steps above, and make sure your API key was filled in correctly.Got another issue? Just hit us up on the live chat bubble or via email:

Number of documents limited during your trial. During your trial we sync up to 5000 of the most recent documents from Help Scout. If you upgrade to a paid account, we then retrieve all of your data. New tickets will be always synchronised.
